David Kramer has been active in Operations Management and Organizational Re-design and Development for over forty years. As a Business Consultant for an International Management Company, he was directly responsible for the profitable turn-around of thousands of small and medium sized businesses over his thirteen yeas of employment with them. He holds a Master of Science Degree from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan and a Master of Agriculture Degree from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota. He also attended North Carolina State University in a Doctoral Program.
Mr. Kramer has also taught Graduate Level classes at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, at the University of Minnesota Hospitals in Minneapolis, Minnesota and for the Department of Human Resources at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
