Mr. Bicz has 33 years experience in private and public development and finance—arranged for $1.4 billion of projects including hospitality, residential, industrial and transportation. Dan is currently principal in 12,500 residential, storage, dormitory and marina units. He has managed over one million square feet of industrial space, and has helped develop 5 industrial parks, 5 residential subdivisions and 3 marinal.
